From Impressionism to Post-Impressionism

Les Z’animés, presented by the Morin-Heights library.

Available on the municipal YouTube channel until April 21.

The precursors of the 20th-century avant-garde, Impressionism and Post-Impressionism shook the traditional foundations of art at the end of the century. By studying this irresistible ascent to modernity, we can identify the great figures of Monet, Renoir, Cézanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh and others, all of whom produced works of unprecedented formal freedom. Presented in French by Sylvie Coutu.

🎬 Film Screening: “Plastic People - The Hidden Crisis of Microplastics” (original English version with French subtitles)
📅 Tuesday, April 16, at 19:30
📍 Chalet Bellevue – 27 rue Bellevue

Join us for a free screening of Plastic People - The Hidden Crisis of Microplastics, a powerful and eye-opening documentary that dives deep into the hidden world of microplastics and their impact on human health.

🌍 Almost every piece of plastic ever made still exists—and much of it has broken down into invisible microplastics now found in our air, water, soil... and even our bodies.

🔬 Acclaimed science journalist Ziya Tong embarks on a global investigation, teaming up with award-winning director Ben Addelman to uncover the truth about how microplastics are infiltrating our organs, bloodstreams, and even the placentas of newborns.

This urgent film is a wake-up call, challenging us to rethink our daily relationship with plastic.

👉 Don’t miss this important conversation. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
