All dog caretakers or dog owners must purchase a dog license annually available at the SPCA Laurentides-Labelle who is in charge of animal control in Morin-Heights.

• Animals must wear a license all the time;
• Dogs may not roam free at any time;
• The person who takes care of the dog must pick up the dogs droppings immediately;
• The barking or howling must not be a nuisance to the neighborhood.

Dog owners can be fined if caught contravening to the by-law.

If you see dogs wandering or if a dog is bothering you in any way, you can contact the SPCALL.

Open to the public from 13:00 to 18:00, 7 days a week (except on December 25th).
