On October 31st, Morin-Heights was transformed, as pirates, trees, princesses and frogs ran jumping down Village Road demanding candy and gleefully thanking residents when they were rewarded with sweets and treats.

Firefighters blocked-off both ends of Village Road to ensure that children could safely run wild, while police officers handed-out colouring books and advised children to be careful on their adventure through the dark.

Students from the Morin-Heights Elementary School hosted a haunted house at the Morin-Heights Library, where they jumped from the shadows and thrilled their visitors with spooky music and Halloween theatrics, while municipal employees handed-out candy in the park and families happily wandered the streets.
