Transport adapté et collectif des Laurentides (TACL), the organization responsible for managing public and paratransit services on the territory of the MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut and the MRC des Laurentides, has recently initiated a process aimed at creating a Strategic Development Plan for the 2026-2036 period.

As part of this process, TACL is calling on citizens, businesses, and organizations interested in its services to find out more about their needs and issues in terms of public and paratransit services. The more people who respond to the questionnaire, the better equipped the organization will be to develop transportation services that meet their needs. Questionnaires are open until March 23, 2025.
