Morin-Heights Family and Environment Festival

Monday, May 20th, from 10:00 to 14:00, at Basler Park (99, chemin du Lac-Écho)
- cancelled in case of rain

• Take part in a group sculpture made of recycled materials with Charlem Lepeintre

• " Ti-Mousse dans brousse" invites you to be part of the reduced footprint hike and treasure hunt. The organisation’s objective is to facilitate the practice of outdoor activities for young families while informing, inspiring and motivating them to make the most out of nature’s benefits with their kids, in a safe way. It’s the art of taking advantage of the outdoors with their small ones while transforming small things in to outstanding ones!

• The Municipality invites children to a friendly game of bubble soccer or to a potato sack race, while the younger ones can jump around in the inflatable game.

• Refreshments and frozen treats will be offered, courtesy of IGA Morin-Heights.

• Tania Courte, of Mega Watt HydroCulture, has joined the Butterflyway Project and will take part in the protection of the monarchs. Come and learn about the monarch’s life and participate in a milkweed seeding workshop.

• Discounts on water testing of private wells by H2Lab (recommended once annually). The bottles will be available at the Town Hall during the week prior to the event. Even if the event is cancelled, H2Lab will be on site to gather your bottles.

• Pick-up day for free tree seedlings! Québec’s Club 4-H is offering tree seedlings to our citizens. Quantities are limited and seedlings will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis (max. 25 per family).

• Come meet the Tri-Centris team to demystify recycling and answer your questions.

• "Les délices des sœurs Prescott", from "La grande journée des petits entrepreneurs" will be selling hamburgers and sweets ($).

• ... all of this in a festive ambiance presented by DJ Loukas!
