Astor Piazzolla was born in 1921 in Mar del Plata, Argentina.

Our guest duo of guitar and cello will take you on a journey to the sounds of Piazzolla’s greatest youthful inspirations: from Bach to Ginastera, via Bartók and the great jazz musician Ellington. Explore the musical and inner journey of the 20th-century’s greatest tango composer.
