Closing of the municipal buildings

Considering the decree of the Government of Quebec that places the municipality and the MRC in a red zone, the following measures will apply as of December 14, 2020:

- The Town Hall will be closed to the public until further notice. Employees of the Finance and Administration Department and the Urban Planning and Environment Department will be required to return to teleworking for the period of December 14 to 22 inclusively, and then from January 5, 2021 on, unless otherwise notified;

- Chalet Bellevue will be closed to the public as of Monday, December 14 until further notice. All scheduled courses, activities, or rentals are canceled until further notice. Only the room located on the lower level of the Chalet will be open to skiers and recreational trail users following the strict sanitary instructions in effect;

- The library remains open with access only to the loan desk;

- Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or walking on the recreational trails will be permitted in accordance with the current sanitary regulations;

- The skating rinks will only be open for free skating with a maximum of 25 people per rink, respecting the social distance of 2 meters;

- The municipal garage remains closed to the public. The Public Works Department continues its activities as it has been the case for the last few months.

We urge you to scrupulously respect the rules issued by the Public Health Services so that this period in the red zone is as short as possible for our region.
